Accessibility Statement

Introduction

At RemDoc, we believe that full and equitable access to technology is not merely a civil right—it is a human right.  To help realize our commitment in this area, RemDoc publishes this accessibility statement which is reviewed regularly.

Our commitment to accessibility is embedded in our relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners, with the goal of purchasing, developing, and using accessible technology so we can interact with the public, our customers, and our employees in the most accessible way possible.

Before we can help others make their digital assets accessible, we need to walk the walk ourselves and, as part of this commitment, our online properties have been designed to meet the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Levels A & AA. This includes our websites, web applications, and other forms of digital content and electronic communications.

Our Online Platforms

The RemDoc public website is tested and monitored. Our team is continuously improving the RemDoc website to ensure equal access for all people; however, there may be occasions when some users still have trouble accessing the site. If you experience any difficulty, please contact us at [email protected].

We can also be reached at +1 972.265.9660. For those who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who do not use voice channels to communicate, please contact us via email ([email protected]) or via 711 (in the United States) or through other relay services.

Webinars and Live Events

Communication Access Real-time Translation (CART) is a speech-to-text interpreting service for people who are deaf or hard of hearing and others that benefit from interpreting. CART services are provided for all live webinars. In addition, transcripts and other webinar materials are made available for download after the event. For additional accommodations related to webinars or any of our events, please contact [email protected].
